The Isle of Wight Circuit is greatly blessed to have so many dedicated men and women serving to bring God’s loving and redemptive Gospel message to this island. The people shown here as Ministers and Lay Staff represent the many people and teams of Local Preachers, Worship Leaders, Stewards, Youth Group Leaders, Musicians, Treasurers and the many other lovely volunteers who willingly and gracefully serve in our churches and communities each week. God has given each of us different and complementary gifts and we celebrate our individuality and creativity by the different types and sizes of pictures that are shown and with what each person wishes to share of themselves with you.

Methodist doctrine holds to the ministry of the whole people of God, meaning that at our baptism we are called by God to undertake tasks or offices according to the gifts He has provided. All people are valued and all have a role in God’s Kingdom work.
